BIOTIC: 3 DANCES FROM LIFE is an evening program of new  contemporary dance works created in dialogue with living bodies.

 

ARK and ARCHE,  both choreographed by Jonathan Osborn and performed by Danielle Baskerville explore the kinaesthetic exchanges and affective relations between human and nonhuman bodies within the simulated spaces of the Toronto Zoo and the Berlin Zoologischer Garten. Sound scores by Benjamin Boles. Costumes by Alicia Zwicewicz

PROVISIONAL OBJECT, choreographed and performed by Bee Pallomina explores the process of birth and the postpartum experience; scanning the embodied maternal archive for "moving magic in motherhood."
